In Japanese, the word Takumi refers to an artisan or master craftsman. Takumi is not only high-tech, but also affordable and built for window cleaners, now extra-light thanks to the combination of fibreglass and carbon fibre. - The Takumi is an aluminium telescopic handle (900 g including cone), which weighs more than the Takumi Deluxe (just 670 g including cone), which is made from a combination of glass and carbon fibre.
- The Takumi comes with a standard cone, whilst the Takumi Deluxe comes with the Dr. Angle Mini mounted on the telescopic handle.
- The handle of the Takumi Deluxe has the same pear shape as that of the Carbonator, whilst the Takumi has a standard two-piece handle.
- The Takumi, the Takumi Deluxe and the Carbonator all feature the same button, which allows the length of the telescopic handle to be easily extended and retracted.
