Moerman nv. is a manufacturer of professional window cleaning tools and we sell our product range (per box) through a dedicated distributor network. Our distributor sell our products per piece through their (physical) shop or online via webshop.

It’s possible that a ‘new version’ is now available, that overruled the ‘old’ one. If this is the case, you will not find it anymore in our online product showcase.

Yes. Many spare parts and accessories (such as rubbers, clips, handles, channels and small components) are available separately. Availability depends on your local dealer’s stock, so please contact an authorized dealer to order the part you need. If you are unsure which part fits your tool? Send a photo or product reference and your dealer will guide you.
Warranty and Defects
The dealer where you purchased the product always handles the warranty process.
Moerman does not deal directly with end users for warranty claims. Your dealer has a procedure to share the issue with us and will guide you through the steps.
Extra tip for customers: Always keep your purchase receipt and note the dealer’s contact details. This makes warranty claims quick and easy.
Your dealer will usually ask for:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Description of the problem
- Photos of the defective product (to help us assess the issue)
Providing these details upfront will speed up the process.
All warranty requests, including replacement parts, must go through your dealer. The dealer will contact us if a replacement is needed. In some cases, we may send the part directly to you, but the process always starts with your dealer — not via the form on our website.
In Belgium, Moerman products have a 2-year warranty.
Warranty periods may vary by country, as they depend on local consumer laws. If you are unsure about your region’s warranty period, please check with your dealer.
Important: Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear or misuse.
If your Moerman tool is broken or defective, please contact the dealer where you purchased the product. Dealers are our first point of contact for warranty and service issues. If your dealer cannot help, let us know! In most cases, the dealer will reach out to us directly to find a suitable solution. This way, your dealer stays informed and can assist you better in the future.

We work with multiple distributors and exclusive distributors per country. General terms and conditions to comply with can be requested to our sales department.

New customer requirements:
- We sell through distributors only.
- You must be currently purchasing from other manufacturers for resale.
- Must have a valid resale license to be exempt from sales tax.
- Provide list of banking and credit references.
- $1,000 opening order minimum, paid in advance for first order.
- Once credit is established we have the following criteria:
- $350 minimum order.
- Payment Terms are 1% 10, Net 30 Days.
- Quoted prices are FOB Atlanta, GA.
- Orders exceeding $1,000.00 will be shipped freight free within the Continental U.S.
