ABOUT MOERMAN & YOUR ROLE

Moerman is an innovative Belgian company known worldwide for its high-quality cleaning tools. For reinforcement in our marketing team we are looking for a creative Junior Digital Marketer.

You will have the opportunity to experiment creatively, explore AI and new tools and help shape impactful campaigns. You don’t have to create everything yourself, but you know how to deploy and visualise content smartly.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Marketing support
    You will help think about campaigns and branding opportunities to position Moerman more strongly internationally.
  • Social media & content planning
    You will support the planning and coordination of content (social media, blogs, visuals) and look for creative ways to increase engagement.
  • Graphic design & branding
    You will collaborate on brochures, packaging, exhibition materials and online visuals using Indesign, Photoshop, Canva and Illustrator.
  • Video & photography support
    You will have a basic understanding of video and photography and support the creation and optimisation of visuals.
  • E-mail marketing & HubSpot
    You will manage and optimise email campaigns via HubSpot and think about marketing automation flows.
  • AI & digital innovation
    You experiment with AI tools and new technologies to improve processes and make content creation more efficient.
  • Analysis & optimisation
    You monitor campaign and social media performance and suggest improvements based on data.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Creative and collaborative: you dare to think out of the box and look for new ways to strengthen a brand.
  • Hands-on and eager to learn: you take initiative and quickly learn new tools and methods.
  • Basic in video & photography: you know how to optimally use visual material in marketing.
  • Graphic strong: experience with Indesign, Canva, Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Digital mindset: experience with HubSpot for e-mail marketing is an advantage, or you are willing to learn it.
  • Fluent communication in Dutch & English, basic knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Team player who comes up with strategic plans together with colleagues, but can also carry out tasks independently.
